Steps to Admission

Parents are expected to come personally, collect school brochure, fill an admission enquiry form and a parent questionnaire

Parents are mailed a date and time for a brief interaction with the Admission Incharge and the Principal

On the basis of this interaction and seat availability, the Child is shortlisted for admission

Parents are expected to complete the admission formalities by the stipulated date or else the admission is offered to the next child on the waiting list.

Documents Required

 

Following documents are required to be submitted upon intimation of the offer for admission for your child to
Blooming Tree school.

  1. 3 recent passport size pictures of your child.
  2. Birth Certificate of the child (in original) for verification and legible photocopy for the school records.
  3. A photocopy of PAN CARD of the parent.
  4. A photocopy of the proof of residence (electricity bill, telephone bill / voters ID) and the original of the same for verification.
  5. A photocopy of immunization chart of your child

You will be provided with the following documents i.e. The Admission form, The Indemnity form and Consent Form, The Medical Information form.

You are requested to sign and return them at the time of admission and payment of fees.
